We’re very proud to celebrate 25 years in 2018—a legacy still in the making, marked by superior neighborhoods and cutting-edge design. The very notion of what can be built in the Midwest has changed dramatically due to our commitment to introducing bold new ideas to the region. From recent entries like the Georgetown-inspired Hamlet community in Jackson’s Grant, to the quaint European feel of Wintergreen at The Bridgewater Club, or the prestigious Beechwood neighborhood in the heart on Meridian Hills, Indianapolis. We’re delighted to be able to offer so many inspired options to our clients.
Our ongoing promise to serve everyone with integrity and innovation is why customers continue to not only recommend us to friends and family, but one client has even built four homes through us in 25 years. “I have three goals with every home buyer we work with. Design and build their home with the quality and creativity they want. Make it an enjoyable process from start to finish, I want them to have fun working with us. Finally, once they move in, I want them to be happy and glad they built their home with us,” says John McKenzie.
Linda Thompson, a recent client who chose McKenzie for a new build in Jackson’s Grant, speaks to this level of service.

I know a lot of people don’t say that after building a home, but we had a great deal of confidence in McKenzie from the get go,” she said. “They’re very customer focused and it’s clear from their staff they want you to be happy and they’re willing to go the extra mile to make you happy.
